Compute Finance Partners is a capital advisory and structured finance firm for the AI compute economy. We turn a technical deployment into a transaction a credit committee can approve in weeks, not quarters.
GPU-backed lending is now a rated asset class. CoreWeave is rated A3, Lambda is rated Baa2, and over $200 billion of private credit is outstanding. But the $25M-$250M middle of the market still funds on equity and corporate converts. What sits between an operator's build plan and a lender's term sheet (offtake engineering, defended economics, SPV design, a credit file in the lender's own format) is built late, piecemeal, or not at all.
Five layers, built in sequence, delivered as one file. Each layer answers the next question a credit committee will ask.
Compute requirement & technical diligence
Independent technical review of the deployment covering hardware, power, cooling, and topology, checked against the workload and its realistic useful life.
Offtake & contract engineering
The customer agreement restructured into contracted cash flows a lender will lend against: term, prepay, assignment and step-in rights.
Infrastructure economics
A full unit-economics model with a defended depreciation and residual-value curve, utilization break-evens, and downside cases.
Capital structure design
SPV design, debt sizing to DSCR and LTV, and delivery-tranche-matched draws, with covenants an operator can live with.
Lender-ready documentation
The credit memo, data room, and model built to the lender's own intake format, which cuts weeks off committee review.
A go/no-go diagnostic: whether the deployment is financeable today, and a gap map of exactly what's missing if it isn't. Fully creditable toward the Full Package.
The complete Bankability Package, delivered in three milestones (engagement, draft, and final delivery) and ending in a credit file ready for lender submission.
A standing framework for operators with a repeatable pipeline. Set up once, then executed per deal as new deployments come online.
Compute Finance Partners brings together the three disciplines an AI infrastructure financing actually requires: the commercial judgment to structure the customer contract, the technical depth to underwrite the deployment, and the credit expertise to make it approvable.
COMMERCIAL & CLIENT STRATEGY
Our commercial partner has spent more than 20 years building and leading enterprise revenue organizations, including at several technology companies later acquired by public strategic buyers. He was among the first to bring autonomous, agentic AI to Fortune 500 marketing leadership, and he scaled one AI venture from launch to more than $10 million in annualized recurring revenue within its first year. He is a two-time founder with a venture-backed exit and serves on nonprofit and corporate boards.
TECHNOLOGY & INFRASTRUCTURE
Our technology partner began his career as a technology fellow at one of Wall Street's preeminent investment banks, where he managed latency-critical trading infrastructure across fixed-income markets. He later held roles at a hyperscale cloud provider and a leading enterprise data and AI platform. He brings an engineer's view of GPU deployments, cluster economics, and performance risk to every transaction.
STRUCTURED FINANCE
Our senior advisor for structured finance has more than three decades of experience originating, structuring, and investing in asset-backed and structured credit. As a Managing Director at a global investment bank, he led origination of structured products across consumer and mortgage asset classes. Over more than a decade at a leading global hedge fund, he built structured credit, real estate, and non-performing loan businesses in London and New York. He most recently served as Chief Investment Officer of a fintech investment platform, where he led the capital markets activity behind dozens of acquisitions.
A 30-minute conversation is enough to tell you whether a Bankability Assessment would change your next close. If it wouldn't, we'll tell you that too.
